Lafayette-Winona Civic League Membership Registration Form

Membership is open to all residents living within the Civic League boundaries as defined in Article I of the By-Laws and will be comprised of property owners and other legal adults residing within the property; renters, proprietors or a representative of a religious or government establishment. The term of each member is one year. Membership is effective upon the payment of dues. Membership entitles one vote on all Civic League matters brought before its members. Dues are currently $5 per person, per year (Articles I-III of the By-Laws of the Lafayette-Winona Civic League, adopted January 2004).
